Our return policy lasts 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we can't offer a refund or an exchange for the item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (except delivery charges), provided that the product is in its original condition, in the original packaging, with all tags still attached and unworn.

Please note that: Due to the delicate nature of swimming shorts and beach towels, we cannot accept returns if there are any signs of use of the item and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

We do not offer refund to used swimming shorts and beach towel products. You are responsible of making sure that product will fit to your body by checking our size chart. Accessories are always eligible for full refund if the product is not damaged on purpose.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items which are sold from retail stores. Retail stores’ own refund policy will be applied and webstore is not responsible of these purchases. You can only return your items purchased through our website.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product does not meet the above criteria. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund request if customer may attend to abuse the refund policy.
