We source our products from where their fabrics excel. Towels are crafted in Turkiye by skilled artisans with decades of traditional expertise. Our swimming shorts are tailored in Bangladesh, showcasing unparalleled craftsmanship. Meanwhile, our elegant bracelets are intricately designed and artfully assembled in China.

Do you offer a repair service?

Regrettably, we're unable to provide repair services due to the inherent nature of our products.

When will I receive my order?

If you order before 12PM, you'll receive your order within the same day! Otherwise your order will arrive next day within the UAE for FREE.

International orders will arrive within 5 working days.

How can I track my order?

IQ Fulfillment will handle your shipment once your order is placed with us. Upon receiving your order, we'll promptly notify IQ Fulfillment, and they'll handle all further updates and communications regarding your shipment.

What are your worldwide shipping rates?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for free if you meet with the minimum order amount. See below for the details:

Shipping Rates for GCC Countries

Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman require a minimum of AED 350 (≈ $96) per order for free delivery—otherwise, AED 35 (≈ $10) delivery fee applies. GCC orders are delivered within 3-5 days.

 

Shipping Rates for Worldwide Deliveries

Apart from the above; all international shipments require a minimum of AED 350 (≈ $96) per order for free delivery—otherwise AED 90 (≈ $25) delivery fee applies. International orders are delivered within 5 days.

Can I change the delivery address?

Once your order is shipped, we can't modify the delivery address, so make sure it's accurate when placing your order!

Can I make changes on my order after it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, we can't change sizes, colors, items, or quantities in confirmed orders.

Once your order has been shipped, canceling it won't be possible, but you can return unworn items. For further information, please refer to our Delivery & Returns page.

What is your returns policy?

Our return policy lasts 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have been exceeded since the purchase, we can't offer a refund or an exchange for the item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
